EasyCapViewer is a very useful application that allows you to use your EasyCap DC60/002 with your Mac.

EasyCapViewer provides support for video and audio rendering and has a low latency (in theory there is a 1-3 frame delay).

EasyCapViewer offers support for PAL, NTSC, SECAM and other formats.
EasyCapViewer can also work with Composite and S-Video input.
